    There are no rules on dipping sauce, but I feel tomato soup is overrepresented.

    I’ve done it with different types of ketchup so I’d try with salsa

    Weird, never thought of it, but you can try chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Those are great with sandwiches and probably work great with grilled cheese

    Okay but this actually looks pretty good. Salsa has that tangy thing going on that could work with a grilled cheese.

    Never tried with salsa but sounds good! I actually like my grilled cheese dipped in spicy brown mustard sometimes. I wonder if I’m alone here with that.

    I do it with anything tomato based. Marinara, tomato bisque, ketchup, whatever i got

    I dip mine in apple sauce. Sweet and savory.
